Golden Hour at Shinagawa Matsuri

Description
Shot this back in 2011 at one of my neighbourhood festivals. A particularly good year for the festival as, just three months before, Japan had been rocked by the Great East Japan Earthquake and tsunami. And for many this was the first opportunity to let their hair down, eat, drink, be thankful for being alive and pay their respects to those who lost their lives.
